Q1 What made you want to become an English teacher? I’ve always wanted to teach in some capacity, however I’d not really considered English teaching. After seeing that I could teach and live in foreign countries easily by teaching English, I made the decision to complete a TEFL course and move abroad. Q2 What brought you to Japan? I’ve wanted to come for a long time, and after teaching in South East Asia it felt like the right time. I looked online for jobs and found a position at Bartolo English in Kanazawa. After researching both the school and the city, it felt like the right place to go. I certainly made the correct decision. Q3 Would you like to stay longer in Japan? I’m not about forever, it’s too early to tell; but i would like to stay for longer than just a year. I find Japan to be a very nice and accommodating place to live. |
